Online stores for the end customer were developed within a multisite architecture for the CITROEN, PEUGEOT and DS brands. The digital interface between the customer and the dealer network includes the complete product range for spare parts and accessories. This has enabled the aftersales sales process to be fully digitalized.
B2B online stores have also been implemented for the three PSA Group brands, enabling PSA Groupe employees and dealers to order POS and other marketing materials digitally. In addition to the connection to internal dealer systems, B2B-specific functions such as client-based pricing or fully automated free quota management for product and user groups were implemented.
With the launch of the neuraxpharm webshop, a B2B store solution tailored to the needs of logistics and sales employees was developed based on Shopware. Sales representatives can digitally order a personal, monthly quota of various materials. By digitizing the process, orders via fax, Excel or e-mail became obsolete and internal resources were relieved.
